Call for expressions of interest for two service providers to support South Africa’s first Biennial Transparency Report

SouthSouthNorth (SSN) is actively assisting the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and Environment (DFFE) in achieving its goals outlined in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) through the enhanced Transparency Framework. Currently, SSN is searching for expressions of interest from potential service providers or technical institutions willing to lend support in compiling South Africa’s inaugural Biennial Transparency Report (BTR) submission.

The two separate expressions of interest relate to: 

1. A technical institution/organisation to support the compilation of the Biennial Transparency Report (SABTR) sections; and, 
2. A service provider to support the re-design, implementation and roll-out of a revision to the South African Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting System (SAGERS).
