Emma Baker
Emma is the knowledge and outreach manager for the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN). She coordinates knowledge synthesis activities at the global level and within Africa. She also supports other SSN programmes with strategic advice and support as part of the Knowledge Management Hub. Emma holds a BA Geography degree from the University of Exeter and a Master’s in Climate Change and Development from the University of Cape Town. Prior to starting at SSN, Emma worked in the UK, Uganda and Sierra Leone on projects related to climate finance, energy, advocacy and eco-tourism. In her spare time, Emma can be found playing music or attempting to bend it like Beckham on the football pitch.
