Vacancy – IT Helpdesk Support

SSN is seeking IT Helpdesk support who will provide first-line tactical and technical assistance within the organisation with high proficiency for end-user support. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring users have the support they need to perform their tasks effectively.
